What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimums are 35 pieces per product.

Can I mix youth and adult sizes?

Yes! You can mix as long as it is the same item and same design. We will discuss sizes on our discovery call.

Do you offer one-offs?

If your design is ready for print, we are happy to manufacture your single item. However, we will not be able to design the item for you.

How do I begin a custom order for my school?

To begin a project, place an order for the item you would like. After payment is processed, we will discuss your project on our discovery call.

Is full payment due upfront?

No. We have several payment options available.

  1. Pay in full for 10% off
  2. Pay in full but checkout with Klarna to make monthly payments (based on credit).
  3. Pay a $500 deposit upfront. The remaining balance will be due before manufacturing.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer a 10% disount for orders paid in full up front. We can also offer deeper discounts if you need more units than what is available to purchase on the website. Please contact us for larger orders.

What type of file do you need for my logo/design?

Vector files (such as SVG, AI or EPS) are preferred because they can be enlarged without appearing pixelated or blurry.

If image files (such as PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF) are all you have, please provide the largest and clearest version you have. We recommend image files to be at least 1000 x 1000 pixels.
