Deposit: To begin design project, deposit is due up front. This officially places your project in our queue or to begin immediately (depending on current discussed availability for design). Approximate design time is 7-10 business days from project start date. Deposit fee is applied towards creating artwork, once the design portion of a project has begun the deposit is non refundable. The deposit fee will be deducted from the final invoice due before manufacturing.
*Artwork and files are created for sublimation printing. Final artwork only not including working files, will be delivered at the end of the project along with full rights once final payment is made. Mock-up Approval; the images of products are digital mock-ups. They are shown to give you a general idea of how the product will look and are not 100% accurate. The size and placement of the designs on the final product may not match exactly as shown on the mock-up. Due to the settings of your monitor (such as brightness and contrast) and the digital printing technology, the colors you see in the final product may be different than the mock-ups
Final Part: Production & Delivery - Once design is ready, Client can run “pre-sale” for a max period of 3 weeks from design delivery date. When ready to print, the remaining final balance is due to send order for manufacturing. Client will receive proof prints on fabric images to approve before proceeding with full production. Upon client approval of manufacturer proof prints, client is accepting and acknowledging all items including design, color and layout are correct. There will be no return or refund unless production mistake has occurred due to an error or quality issue caused by the manufacturer. Manufacturing + Shipping takes approximately 4-5 weeks to complete per manufacturers timeline.
